A great first stay. We had never stayed at a Homewood Suites although we have stayed at many other Hilton properties.
Our room faced the mountains which was very nice. The hotel is very quiet. We were on the 5th of 6th floors and could not hear anyone above us or anywhere else. The doors which separated the bedroom from the living room was wonderful to provide a private get away. The room was very clean. The entire hotel was very clean. They had sanitizer and wipes available throughout the property. The staff were all very friendly.
I mean the entire staff made eye contact with you and said hi. A hot breakfast was provided with staff serving up the food. Covid protocols were followed. Very nice swimming pool at a lovely temperature. Great location to downtown although you can't walk there. Plenty of parking. Well maintained property. We are really glad we stayed here.

The hotel staff reassured us beforehand about the precautions that were in place, and upon arrival it was more than we could have asked for in a safe stay. The door to all rooms were sealed to indicate nobody had been in, and all the surfaces were cleaned with Lysol prior to arrival. All staff were wearing masks, and special accommodations have been made at the breakfast to keep everyone safe. On top of this, everyone was very friendly and helpful, and all requests were met promptly.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Asheville, it was the most hassle-free of hotel stays. Also, we stayed on the first floor and had no noise issues, never heard anyone walking by- there were children staying across the hall and we never heard them. Date of stay: July Value. We were thoroughly impressed with this Hilton. My wife and I were there to enjoy our 40th year marriage anniversary. We were there for three full days. I would choose this location just because of these people.

My family has been extremely cautious during the pandemic and I'm so pleased this hotel takes safety seriously. Our room was immaculate- as in no dust on the picture frames, lysol on the surfaces, and the top of the curtain rods are clean. We even visited the pool area which was sanitized and the hot tub was like a spa. I had the pleasure of meeting the housekeeping manager and could tell she's a professional that takes pride in her work.
Your team doesn't go unnoticed! The front desk was so helpful and accommodating- thank you so much for the tips on a room with a view. Comfortable room that you can cook in, relax, and take a quick drive to any local attractions- Biltmore, Blue Ridge Scenic overlooks, and waterfall hikes. Restaurants are walkable as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. All staff were so friendly and effective at their jobs. I would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn for a great hotel exxperience. Hot breakfast was not as good as I have had at other Hampton hotels. I stay at this Hampton every time I come back home. We were visiting the main attractions of Wilmington, after a day full of fun, it was very nice to arrive at the hotel and rest in its comfortable beds, the staff is excellent, we highly recommend Homewood suites by Hilton and we would stay again in this place.

We will be sure to address this. Greenville, South Carolina 1 contribution. Not what the pictures described. The rooms were dated with torn and worn out furniture. Our shower did not work properly and when fixed the maintenance man left the shower with shoe marks and dirt that I then had to clean.
The room had a smell in it that was unsatisfactory and for the amount that we paid we thought we would be getting something better. The pictures on the website is NOT what you will be getting but if you need a one night stay this is the place for you. Date of stay: July Value. Filthy Hotel. This hotel is nothing like the pictures. The rooms need to be updated, renovated, deep cleaned and that's just to name a few things. There was a shortage of towels, wash cloths and toiletry items.
Our AC was not working however, maintenance did get it up and running. During our stay the toilet flooded and it took housekeeping over two hours to address the issue. The rooms are absolutely filthy and out dated. The bedding has holes, the furniture has stains, the iron did NOT work. I asked for a full refund and was told that I was unable to get one. All I was offered was a change in my room.

Invasion of privacy. I visited Charlotte for the first time for a family event. On the first night the water was lukewarm, the second day the water was cold. We voiced our concern about the temperature of the water, however no one maintenance or management , ever showed up.
Nor did the front staff address the issue. We were told by the receptionist that the banquet room was flooding, so we took cold showers. Waiting for maintenance to stop by to assess the cold water, while my husband was in the shower, I heard one knock and the door opened. I was in my underwear. The man shut the door and hurried down the hall, as if he were trying to hide however the halls are long. I quickly put on a long shirt and asked him to come back.
He told me that the front staff informed him that our room was empty. He was housekeeping, not maintenance. One knock and he opened the door. I called the front desk and spoke with Danita, who stated he was told to go to a room nearby and not ours.

Upon arrival in checkin into the room I ran into multiple problems , such as finding trash in the room from the previous person , missing bed skirts on one of my bed , no trash bags, dirty bed sheets.

You can take the shuttle to the Woodlawn Light Rail which is about a mile from the hotel and take light rail right to the front door of the convention center.
